As Bansa, we undertake to process your personal data in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") and related legislation, in a lawful, transparent, and secure manner. Within the scope of conversations and integrations made with Bansa AI, the following personal data may be processed:

  • Requests and notes you provided regarding the conversation
  • Call records and text transcripts (if hybrid or voice integration is used)

Data received for each integration is limited to only what is necessary for providing the relevant service.

Your data may be shared, to the extent required by the service and in compliance with KVKK, with the business from which you receive service, with our suppliers providing technical infrastructure and hosting services, and with relevant official institutions and organizations to the extent required. In integrations with third-party technology providers (e.g., calendar, communication, or call infrastructures), these providers only see data necessary for providing the relevant service.

Retention Periods and Security

Your personal data is stored for the periods specified in relevant legislation, reasonable periods required for the continuation of the service relationship, and limitation periods necessary to protect our rights in case of disputes; after these periods, it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with KVKK. Your data is protected with technical and administrative measures, access controls, encryption, and log records.
